Welcome to TackLabs. By accessing our platform, submitting project inquiries, or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

1. The Waitlist Queue

TackLabs is actively functioning in a restricted private beta environment. Registering an email on the waitlist queue represents an expression of interest, but does not contractually obligate TackLabs to provide you with instantaneous access keys. We run rolling deployments, and invitations are issued systematically to regulate server cluster loads.

2. Authorized Usage

If provisioned an access key, your operational clearance mandates that you do not engage in the following vectors:

• Deploying malicious penetration testing schemas without authorized bounty clearance.
• Reverse-engineering the compiled distribution binaries or proprietary inference models.
• Using our pipeline to facilitate illegal logic flows or spam-botting protocols.

We actively monitor standard anomaly metrics and retain absolute authority to unilaterally revoke API keys associated with abusive IP addresses.

3. As-Is Availability

During the scope of our alpha/beta roadmap phases, all compute endpoints and UI interfaces are provided purely "as is." Although we implement strict redundancy protocols, we do not formally accept financial or operational liability for packet drops, unexpected downtime, or unannounced API deprecations that may momentarily fracture integrated applications.
